Good morning. Our mutual guest, Xuewel Zhang has booked a Hot Air Balloon Flight with us via our website, www.balloonaloftgc.com.au .
We are an airline and operated as such governed by CASA and the Australian Rules. The guest has clearly booked "NON REFUNDABLE". All bookings on our website are pre-set to "Refundable". The guest has unselected that before checkout and selected "NON-REFUNDABLE". I can attach screenshots of all the booking information and correspondence with the guest along with our T&C's which they must check prior to booking and paying. All of their confirmations clearly state "Non-refundable package includes:
Flight tickets are not refundable under any circumstances, but can still be used at a later date (valid for 12 months)." as you can see also. This particular ticket the guest has agreed to 5 years OPEN DATED - NO EXPIRY. Again this in "NON-REFUNDABLE".
